The Y will be open free to the community 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. weekdays and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday. ALLENTOWN PUBLIC LIBRARY, 1210 Hamilton St., will hold its adult winter reading program, "Beat the Winter Blahs... Read," through Feb. 28. During the program, participants will list read books on a reading log. For each book listed on the log, individuals will receive a ticket to place in a drawing for a basket of their choosing. Items in baskets consist of donations from local businesses and individuals, including tickets to theatre productions, passes to museums and gift cards to restaurants.
