Joseph M. Pietroforte, 21, was struck by a vehicle and killed at 5:18 p.m. in the 600 block of South Bolmar Street, West Goshen police said. The incident remains under investigation, police said. The 80-year-old driver of the car that struck Pietroforte is cooperating in the probe.
