With less than 20 home games remaining this season, the IronPigs return home for a can’t miss, eight-game homestand beginning on Thursday night at 7:05 p.m. Two spectacular fireworks shows, unique bobblehead giveaways and the final appearance of the year by the world-famous Phillie Phanatic highlight the upcoming eight-game home slate.

Tickets for all upcoming IronPigs home games are still available and can be purchased in-person at Coca-Cola Park, by calling (610) 841-PIGS or online at ironpigsbaseball.com. Prices for single-game tickets remain identical for the third consecutive season and start as low as $6 for General Admission, granting fans access to the Capital BlueCross Lawn seating area and standing room only areas. Field Level reserved seats are just $9.

The IronPigs open a four-game series against the Gwinnett Braves on Thursday at 7:05 p.m. and the first 3,000 adults 18 and over will receive a Brian Schneider K-Kids Bobblehead courtesy of Lehigh Valley Health Network.

This one-of-a-kind keepsake features Schneider donning his high school Northampton Konkrete Kids baseball uniform! A 1995 graduate of Northampton, Schneider was named the Lehigh Valley Player of the Year in 1994 and ’95. In the midst of his 16th professional season, Schneider is hitting .235 with 3 home runs and nine RBI in 32 games for the Phillies this season. He appeared in three games for the IronPigs earlier this year while rehabbing from a left Achilles strain.

Also, prior to every Thursday home game fans can take advantage of a delicious Pig Roast in the AT&T Plaza courtesy of Royal Gourmet Foods.

Another sparkling Friday Night Fireworks display presented by Wachovia Bank, A Wells Fargo Company will commence immediately following game two of the IronPigs-Braves series on Friday at 7:05 p.m. Furthermore, Fly-Away-Friday presented by the Lehigh Valley International Airport will award a lucky fan a trip for two.

“Ride your Hog” to Coca-Cola Park on Saturday for Hog Night and another post-game fireworks display presented by Crossroads Harley Davidson / BUELL. Motorcyclists wishing to ride their Harley around the warning track in a pre-game parade should arrive in the parking lot behind the Coca-Cola Park scoreboard in left field by no later than 5:30 p.m.

Be sure to get to the ballpark extra-early Saturday for another Pre-Game Happy Hour & Concert Series starting at 4:30 p.m. in the AT&T Plaza featuring live entertainment from R.e.M.I.X.T.D., $1 hot dogs and $3 Bud and Bud Lights until 5:30 p.m. Remember, Saturday’s game time is set for 6:35 p.m.

The IronPigs and Braves put a bow on their four-game set Sunday evening at 5:35 p.m. with “Go Green” Night presented by Waste Management.

After the game all children 12 and under can round the bases like their favorite player with Kids Run the Bases presented by Capital BlueCross.

The second half of the homestand includes an appearance by the world-famous Phillie Phanatic and great giveaways such as a Commemorative Cup and a Hambone Mini Bobblehead. More information on these exciting upcoming promotions will be made available at ironpigsbaseball.com on Sunday, August 8.

With the exception of Saturday home games and other noted games, the Main Gates open 75 minutes prior to game time while the Club Level gates open 90 minutes before scheduled first pitch time.

Fans are reminded that there are three entry points for parking and are encouraged to use the Dauphin Street entrance when traveling from downtown Allentown. In addition to the Dauphin Street entrance, entry to Coca-Cola Park can be gained off American Parkway and Union Boulevard. Preferred/Handicapped Parking access is available via American Parkway only.

The cost of parking for all IronPigs home games is $3 per vehicle.

Single-game tickets, mini-plan packages and group tickets for all IronPigs home games presented by Capital BlueCross, are on sale now and can be purchased at the Coca-Cola Park Ticket Office, online at www.ironpigsbaseball.com or by calling (610) 841-PIGS.

The Lehigh Valley IronPigs are dedicated to providing family-friendly entertainment and are the only Minor League team to offer bubbles to fans entering the AT&T Plaza and balloons for all children exiting Coca-Cola Park.
