Kevin Foley, the Central Catholic graduate who was once the boys basketball coach at Freedom and Kutztown High, is changing schools.
After a successful run at Lehigh Carbon Comminity College, he has been named the new coach at Northampton Community College, replacing Tyrone Wright.
