For the first time in well over a year, The Cosby Show will be
back on television this December. Bounce TV has acquired the rights to
the '80s classic starring Bill Cosby. The sitcom will begin on December
19, airing weekdays at 6:00pm & 6:30pm. This will be the first time
the sitcom has aired on a digital multicast network. Bounce TV
previously aired reruns of the '90s Bill Cosby sitcom, Cosby.
Of course with the sexual allegations against Bill Cosby, all of his
series were removed on television by July 2015, as networks like Centric
and TV Land removed The Cosby Show from its lineup, while Aspire TV stopped airing the '70s sitcom The Bill Cosby Show. Bounce TV has issued this statement regarding their decision to air The Cosby Show:
