The Lehigh Valley IronPigs were named as a "Top Workplace" in the
Lehigh Valley according to survey of area employees conducted by the Morning Call
in partnership with Philadelphia-based WorkplaceDynamics, an employee
survey firm. Any company with 35 or more full-time employees was
eligible to participate and over 7,645 employee questionnaires were
completed in determining the 2015 "Top Workplace" list.
