MIKE MITTMAN BIOGRAPHY

Mike has been announcing on a local, regional and worldwide stage for over thirty years. He started in radio and worked for some of the biggest stations on the East Coast. He has hosted concerts in nine states and worked with some of the biggest names in show business. He hosted the only world wide oldies pay per view special seen in over 50 countries.  He then hosted that event as a national PBS special. 

From 1978 to 1996 he hosted “In This Corner,” an award-winning TV show that featured guests such as Muhammad Ali, Joe Frazier, Jake LaMotta, and Carmen Basilio to name a few.  He currently hosts the syndicated talk show with the Hall of Fame Heavyweight Champion Larry Holmes “What The Heck Were They Thinking?!” produced by Service Electric Cable Television—the founders of cable TV in the US.  Mike is one of today's major boxing commentators announcing fights around the globe. 
Mike also co-hosts "THE PEAK" TV show along with Ashley Russo, seen locally Sunday nights on WFMZ CH 69 and nationally on the DR TV network.
