Hello Everyone,

As I go back to Announcing when I graduate on April 25th I would like to recap my remarkable time here in Western Pennsylvania. It been an eventful 3 years that I could never imagine ever in my entire life. Tons and Tons of things that have occurred here in Johnstown.

I have truly enjoyed working with Kids at Nighttime in the Recreation Department for 3 years now. Working with Kids can be the most challenging job but can be fun!

For the last 3 years I have put up signs on walls in the Hallways and take them down and I set up the Ceramic Table Everyday and I help open the Rec. Hall at 3pm and help closed at 11:00pm every night.

I know this is a very long recap, but Please Take Time to read about everything that I am talking about today. I spent 4 weeks typing this e-mail. Lots of Time put into this.

First, I want to give a HUGE Thanks To my Parents, Tom and Cindy Weaver. If it wasn’t for them allowing me to go away from them so I can prefil my College Career. 4 Hours each way and 8 hours in 1 day for my parents every time They came and got me and tooked me home and the other way around. Every time I ran into problems such as my computer crashing or running out of Candy bars, Soda and Orange Juice my parents would make the 4 hour trip to just bring me those supplies. A Big Thanks to them for all they do. I have the BEST Parents in the world and it really is a great feeling to know they would do anything for me. I know how tough it was for my mom to leave me go when the thought was brought up at Nazareth about me going to College. I can remember my mom and myself crying in tears because my mom loves having me at home. A Big Thanks to my mom.

I am hoping to live independently in a apartment. Not sure if that will happen Due to The Incredible Cost of Money everything is in this world anymore and the cost of money of Gas back and fourth all the time and I am not sure if my parents would give me a opportunity to live by myself but never say never however I am crossing my fingers it would happen sometime soon! I really think I would do A OK.

I do a lot now for myself. I get my clothes ready for the next day and I clean my room everyday. Never have my room a mess. I don’t like Messes. Just my nature. I handle all my money very well too and I pick things off the floor all by myself.

I would really want to work with Children in a school environment somewhere in PENNSYLVANIA. I am not just saying that either. I really would like to work with kids. Working in Recreation here at HGA The last 3 years have really changed my attitude against Children in a good way. When we close the Rec. Hall every night at 11:00pm you really have a great feeling in yourself knowing you did a very great job keeping kids having fun. I don’t know the way you feel about Children but working with Children really is a Fun but Challenging Job, especially if you are a Dorm Counselor. I really hope I can work in a school somewhere in PA. It would be a great thing. To see Kids smile, it Truly make you feel good about yourself!

A Big Thanks to my Grandparents Tom and Gloria Weaver for driving in their little car to come get me every time my dad was working. They are great grandparents to have and it really means a lot to me that they volunteer to come get me and my pappy have some Health Problems but still came and got me every time I needed a ride home.

My Boss Sally White been a wonderful Boss the last 3 years. IT WILL KILL HER TO SEE ME LEAVE, IN A BIG WAY. NOBODY TO WALK HER OUT AT NIGHT. I have to say, at 11:00pm every night when we close the Rec. Hall it does get spooky with the lights. Sally and I Been through everything. I been stuck In the Rain, Snow, Hail in water at the lake, just about everything that you can think of, Sally and I been stuck in. Sally is a loving and caring person and cares about everybody she comes across. Sally, A Big Thank to you for helping me at Horseback Riding. Sally always sat in back of me on the horse which was Fun. SALLY IS THE ICE CREAM QUEEN WHEN IT COMES TO ICE CREAM. EVERYTIME WE GO ON TRIPS, WE ALWAYS STOP FOR ICE CREAM, WE BOTH LOVE ICE CREAM! I am not just saying this either, Sally will be extremely loss without me, It killing her now every time I bring it up. Sally deserves a raise, she really does a lot for these students, especially in CERAMICS. If it wasn’t for Sally, I don’t think I would have ever made CERAMICS.

Sally is a fun woman, Just last night we went to the Altoona Curve Baseball Game and after the game when we were buckling everybody on the Bus, The Curve Mascot came on the bus and scared the crap out of Sally White. That was so funny. You should of saw Sally Face when she turned around and saw the mascot on the bus!!!

My Number 1 Dorm Counselor Brenda Fockler who is the BEST. Brenda who is a super person and have a great sense of humor and would help Students with anything. I have very much enjoyed Brenda over the years. We been through a lot. I can remember 2 years ago when her car got hit in the parking lot by my Friend Scholondya Smith. For 3 years now, I have walked Brenda In and Out from her car everyday no matter what shift she works. Even when Brenda works 11pm to 7am I go down to B Dorm to walk her in and out to her car. I can remember that one night, some students were trying to attack Brenda and I protected her that night.

Darlene Seals who is the most caring and loving person you will ever come across with. She is a Angel in my mind. Whenever I needed help she was always there. A Proud Mom I must say, She has a beautiful loving Daughter Jessica. I really care for Ms Dee a lot personally. She recently got hurt in a fall but happy to report she is doing better now! Ms. Dee, May God Bless ya. You deserve the very best Ms Dee and her daughter Jess Herdon. Her Daughter would always give me cards and stuff. May God Bless her husband who is in the hospital. Please everybody, have Ms Dee’s Husband in your thoughts and prayers.

I remember the one time when my wheelchair Died, She got me another wheelchair to use. I enjoyed going on Trips with her when she went. I started here on May 7, 2005 and will End on April 25, 2008 which comes out to be 2 years and 11 weeks here in Johnstown. As I said earlier, when my High School suggested this idea to come out here, I was very nervious and crying because I did not want to leave my parents.

Nobody would ever thought I would ever make it this far. This one black Woman at IU 20 Told my parents I would never survive in a regular School with Regular Students that don’t have no problems but I proved her Wrong. I made it through at Nazareth High School with all Wonderful Grades and Had a great Teacher, RAY KAMINSKI Who really made you work hard but at the same time have fun with all his students. Being a Teacher is a fun job but also can be very tough when Students get mad at you.

I really hope this Black Woman at IU 20 is still a live because she needs to be aware of all my accomplishments after what she told my parents and myself many years ago.

I started School at PAXINOSA Elementary School with Karen Muller, Mrs. Keenhold and Mrs. Feringo and then went on to Middle School, 2 years at East Hills and 1 year at Nitchman ALL WITH Learning Disabilities children with Dan Mills and his staff and then moved on to Nazareth Middle School which was BRAND NEW At the time, I remember wearing a HARD HAT When we tooked a tour of that place. That was when I started going to school with Regular Children that are completely normal and then went on to Nazareth High School and went to every DANCE They had and had a Wonderful Principal Judy Swigart who really cared for me and gave me a KISS at GRADUATION IN JUNE OF 2004 INFRONT OF THE WHOLE ARENA!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would like to Say a Thank You to Jack Michaels and Rick Shephard on 96 key FM Radio here in Johnstown who made my mornings very wonderful for 3 years. I have a very tough time at 6:00am in the morning because I am sleepy and feel like I should be in BED But as soon as I Turn 96KEY On, I Wake up a lot faster and feel very chipper even on BAD MORNINGS. Jack’s and Rick’s Jokes really are wonderful and really can bring a smile to a lot of people faces if you listen to him. I wish Jack the very best in years to come and even when I am Home, I will still listen on 96key.com

Thanks to my counselor here at HGA Robecca Marshall for all she did for me over the years. She have went out of her way to make sure things are going right for me and really did so much to make me feel better and on days when I was sad, BECKY Would get involved and fix whatever the problem was. I wish Becky the very best and I will miss her Wonderful personality that she has for people.

Fred would always make sure I was doing good and would always help me if I was stuck with something like Computer Breakdowns, Getting Stuck in Bed etc. He is a wonderful guy and I am sure he is even more Wonderful when he is home with his family and his kids are fortunate to have a fun loving Dad and a great sense of Humor.

The Health Clinic deserves a huge Thanks for taking Care of me, Helen, Karen and Missy were all so kind to me and would gave me medicine every time I Was Sick and would never send me immediately to the hospital because they know how much I hate Ambulances. They would give my body time to rest before sending me to the Emergency Room. They would always ask me in the hallways how I was doing.

Big Thanks to my Advisor Georgean Seese for putting up with me for 8 years. She called me the ‘’Headache Child’’ because she had to find classes for me during the 3rd and 4th terms of Accounting because I had most of them when I was in General Office Clerk. She probably happy to get rid of my butt after all she had to do to find me classes. I got to experience a Medical Class this past term for something to do. Ms. Seese is a wonderful and caring person and stays until 7:00pm at night sometimes to get papers graded which really shows what kind of person she is to her job and out of work, she is an excellent mom and donates a lot of time to her local Church.

Mr. Stuft my Accounting Teacher been a wonderful person to me the last 4 terms in ASB Accounting. He would go out of his way to help his Students in Classes. I love how Vaughn would go off the class subject and talk about what going on in the school such as the teacher’s contracts and would talk about his family and all his jokes that he comes up with are all awesome. He made ACCOUNTING FUN AND ENTERTAINING!

Ms Darla Studt who is my teacher who currently on LEAVE, Having Back Surgery which I hope is feeling better. She been my teacher for 4 years and really was really caring and would talk to me about anything. She is just a super person. She would print out notes at the end of each class which really was a big help to me to have those nights. Darla would keeping reviewing before each test until we know everything down pat. I can’t ask for a much easier and kind teacher like Ms Studt. She truly cares for her students and helps her students out and discuss their problems individually.

Annie Brant who is a wonderful person and a excellent person. It was a pleasure meeting her!

Jill Macroni who is a excellent woman with a fun loving and caring heart and would do anything for the students. I feel privileged meeting such a great person that Jill is. When her boy got ran over by a tractor, I was very saddened and really worried about him. I hope he is all better now.
