The Allen school record set last week, plus top performances in District 11 football

According to District 11 football statistician Duke Helm, Allen senior Courtney Watson shattered the school's single-game rushing record last week against East Stroudsburg North. Watson rushed for 237 yards on 10 carries to break Marcus Reichard's record of 199 yards set in 1999 vs Dieruff.

Also from the same game, Elijah McBride of East Stroudsburg North became the school's first player to have 100 yards rushing and 100 yards receiving in the same game. McBride had 8 carries for 128 yards (2 td's) while catching 2 passes for 111 yards and a score against Allen.
