Tim Kempton scored 13 points as Lehigh narrowly defeated UMBC 70-68 in a back-and-forth battle today.
Kempton had eight rebounds and two steals for the Mountain Hawks (5-5). Mackey McKnight, Shane Whitfield and Austin Price finished the game with 11 points each and Corey Schaefer had 10.
