The regular season and league tournament are over.
But for nine of the 12 LVC teams, the season continues in the District 11 tournament. Five teams are in action on Wednesday night with two more joining the fray on Friday and two more on Saturday.
Here are the final league rankings with absolutely no mystery about who deserves to be No. 1:
1. Liberty (17-7, 10-4) ... Last time No. 5 ... Will play the winner of Wednesday's Emmaus-Pleasant Valley game on Saturday at 7:30 at either Allen or Easton in the District 11 4A quarterfinals.
2. Central Catholic (20-3, 12-2) ... Last time No. 1 ... Will play the winner of Tuesday's Northern Lehigh-Tamaqua game on Friday night at a site and time to be determined in the District 11 3A quarterfinals.
3. Parkland (17-7, 11-3) ... Last time No. 2 ... Will host East Stroudsburg South at 7 p.m. Wednesday in a District 11 4A pigtail-round game.
4. Freedom (15-8, 10-4) ... Last time No. 3 ... Will play the winner of the Allen-Easton game at 6 p.m. Saturday night at either Allen or Easton in a District 11 4A quarterfinal.
5. Easton (15-7, 8-6) ... Last time No. 4 ... Will host Allen on Weds. night in a pigtail-round game.
6. Whitehall (7-7, 12-10) ... Last time No. 6 ... Will host Stroudsburg on Weds. night in a pigtail-round game.
7. Emmaus (9-5, 11-11) ... Last time No. 7 ... Will host Pleasant Valley on Weds. night in a pigtail-round game.
8. Bethlehem Catholic (5-9, 11-10) ... Last time No. 8 ... Will play Blue Mountain at 7:30 Friday night in a District 11 3A quarterfinal game.
9. Allen (6-8, 11-11) ... Last time No. 9 ... Will play at Easton at 7 p.m. Wednesday in a District 11 4A pigtail-round game.
10. Nazareth (3-11, 7-15) ... Last time No. 10 ... Season is done.
11. Dieruff (2-12, 5-17) ... Last time No. 11 ... Season is done.
12. Northampton (1-13, 3-19) ... Last time No. 12 .. Season is done.
