When's the last time your school won a league football championship? Check the list

With the Lehigh Valley Conference and Mountain Valley Conference truly digging into league play this Friday night, I thought it might be a good time to look back and see how the league championships in area football have stacked up over the last 37 years when the East Penn Conference, Colonial League and Centennial League (kind of a forerunner to the Mountain Valley Conference) were established.
In some ways, you can see how things have really changed around here from the 1970s, and in other ways you can see how they've stayed the same. This list is from my records compiled from a variety of sources. If you see a glaring error, please let me know.
