Madelene McDonald of Southern Lehigh High School and Muhammad-Ali Abdur-Rahkman of Central Catholic were selected as the Via All-Star Players of the Year Wednesday night at the 39th annual Via All-Star Basketball Banquet at the Sands Bethlehem Event Center.
