Something you won't see Keith Olbermann host on MSNBC

Former Eagles lineman Jon Runyan was successful last Tuesday and Comcast SportsNet has a documentary on the bird turned elephant.

Obviously, this is something that would never air on Keith Olbermann's "Countdown" show on MSNBC.

PHILADELPHIA- (November 4, 2010) – Comcast SportsNet’s Neil Hartman follows former Philadelphia Eagle Jon Runyan during his campaign for U.S. Congress in New Jersey’s 3rd district. Comcast SportsNet had exclusive behind-the-scenes access to Jon along the campaign trail, which spanned nine months and 52 towns. Coverage includes everything from the announcement of his bid to his big win on election night. During the 30-minute program, fans will see Runyan’s transition from professional football player to Congressman-elect, plus see first-hand the daily grind of the campaign trail and the toll it takes on Jon’s family. “See Jon Run” premieres on Comcast SportsNet on Sunday, November 7 at 10:30 p.m.



Runyan spent 14 years in the NFL, including nine seasons with the Philadelphia Eagles. He retired at the end of the 2010 season after playing for the San Diego Chargers.



“See Jon Run” premieres on Sunday, November 7 at 10:30 on Comcast SportsNet. It will re-air on Comcast SportsNet on Monday, November 8 at 8:30 p.m.; Tuesday, November 9 at 11:30 p.m.; Friday, November 12 at 4:30 p.m. “See Jon Run” also airs on The Comcast Network on Wednesday, November 10 at 7 p.m. and Friday, November 12 at 1 p.m. “See Jon Run” will be available to Comcast ONDemand customers beginning Monday, November 8.
