Parents,
There will be a Junior Class meeting on Friday, May 16 during Block 3. Friday, May 16 is an early dismissal day for students. Juniors who attend AM CIT will be back in order to attend and our PM CIT juniors can attend the meeting as they do not go to CIT on a half day. There will be no Block 3 study hall privilege for juniors due to the meeting.
Christmas City Studios will be here to provide information to the students about getting their senior portraits taken over the summer and next fall. We will also give the juniors information about ordering their caps and gowns for graduation for next year.
Students who are absent should stop in the Main Office the week of May 19 in order to pick up the information.
Thanks!

April 2014
Dear Parent(s),
On Wednesday, May 14 (Seniors) and Thursday, May 15 (Juniors), the Nazareth Area High School Students Against Destructive Decisions (S.A.D.D.) organization, under the supervision of advisor, Miss Alissa Quinn, will be sponsoring an assembly from Crime Victims Council for all students in grades 11 and 12. Crime Victims Council is a non-profit organization and local victim services agency and rape crisis center. Crime Victims Council is dedicated to helping victims of crime and their families cope with the traumatic aftermath of victimization in Lehigh and Northampton County.
As part of their preventative education programming, Crime Victims Council offers a “Prom Safety” program for students. The program is designed to raise awareness and increase knowledge about relevant topics such as sexual violence, particularly drug-facilitated sexual violence, and speak to specific strategies for risk reduction and personal safety surrounding all prom activities.
Teachers, counselors and administrators will be available during and after the assembly to address any concerns that students may have.
If you would prefer that your student not attend the assembly, please have your student bring a note to the Main Office by Monday, May 12. Students who do not wish to attend will be permitted to attend a study hall.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact any of the individuals below. Sincerely,
Alan Davis
