Upper Nazareth residents debate single trash hauler to rid township waste

The homeowners turned out to last week's board meeting, saying they prefer contracting their own haulers based on individual, personal needs. Senior citizens argued they could put out one bag of garbage out every two weeks and pay less than $5 a bag.
