Allentown Halloween Parade rescheduled to next weekend

Hurricane Sandy has pushed another local Halloween celebration to reschedule.
The threat of inclement weather prompted organizers of the 2012 Allentown Halloween Parade to postpone the parade until 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 4 -- the rain date.
