Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival announces 2012 season

The 2012 Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival season runs June 1 through Aug. 5 in the Labuda Center for the Performing Arts on the Center Valley campus of DeSales University.

Sondheim's "Sweeney Todd" opens on the Main Stage June 13, running through July 1.

Shakespeare's "The Tempest" will run June 20 through July 15 in the Schubert Theater.

Youth-friendly productions include "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" June 1 through Aug. 4 and "Shakespeare for Kids" July 25 through Aug. 4.

"Much Ado About Nothing" runs July 11 through Aug. 5 and "King John" runs July 25 through Aug. 5.

"Cat On a Hot Tin Roof" will run July 19 through Aug. 5.

Subscription renewals are available now, according to a news release. New subscriptions will be available Jan. 1. Information for single tickets is not yet available through the website.
