Benefit breakast and radio show to start Saturday

FROM KEITH GROLLER

I will be participating in a benefit pancake-and-sausage breakfast for the Lehigh Valley Softball Hall of Fame at the Applebee's on Route 222 (Hamilton Blvd.) in Trexlertown from 8-10 this morning. I may even be waiting tables. It costs just $5 and while I can't say it's all-you-can-eat, I can tell you that if you come, you won't leave hungry.

And then it's on to the "Calling All Sports" radio show to join Roger Pence. Our guests will include Mark Hostutler, who wrote the controversial book "Heads of State: Pennsylvania's Greatest High School Basketball Players of the Modern Era."

Mandy Housenick will talk Phillies baseball and Steve Miller will talk local high school baseball.

The show can be heard from 9-11 on The Fox, AM 1470, and is available online at fox1470.com.
