Dummy cop and cruiser shooter still on the lam, Upper Nazareth Township police say

It's still unclear what prompted someone last week to fire more than 20 bullets at a patrol car, pull a mannequin dressed as a police officer from the vehicle and throw the dummy into traffic, Upper Nazareth Township's police chief said today.

And a new question has popped up: How did the shooter get the mannequin from inside the vehicle?
