Local baseball team in Arizona is keeping track of the storm

http://blogs.mcall.com/groller/ FROM KEITH GROLLER Dan Waelchli, the Dieruff grad and former Parkland baseball coach, is part of the Lehigh Valley Moondogs Men's Senior League baseball team that is in a national tournament in Arizona this week. The Moondogs have been going to these tournaments for years and have enjoyed considerable success. The team attracted attention because people learned that the guys are from Allentown, Pa., which -- as well all know too well -- was in the path of Hurricane Sandy earlier this week. Evidently, there were a lot of phone calls from Arizona back to the Valley so the guys could keep track of conditions here.
