The event will feature: crafts, music, face painting, refreshments and performances by Allen students. Individuals are asked to bring nonperishable food items. Roosevelt Elementary School will hold a community school meeting 1-2 p.m. Monday, Oct. 29. Trexler Middle School will hold a Trexler's Got Talent show at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 30. •PENN STATE LEHIGH VALLEY, 2809 Saucon Valley Road, Center Valley, will host a presentation on the new role of citizen legislators in initiative elections at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 30, in Room 135. The free program, part of the Faculty Lecture Series, will be presented by John Gastil, head of the Communication Arts and Sciences Department at Penn State University. An information session for prospective students will be held at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 8. Admissions representatives will be on hand to answer questions and guide individuals through the online application process.
