The championship round at tonight's PIAA Class 3A Northeast Region wrestling tournament will look familiar to District 11 fans.
Six of the regional finals will be repeats of last week's district finals.
There were, however, a number interesting results during today's semifinals at Freedom High School.
Pleasant Valley's Michael Dahlstrom continued his revenge tour with a 9-5 victory over Jose Roche of Easton in a 126-pound bout. Dahlstrom, who defeated Delaware Valley's CJ Palmer 2-1 in the ultimate overtime tiebreaker in Friday's quarterfinals, was pinned by Roche in 54 seconds at districts.

Dahlstrom, a senior, will try to avenge two losses this season to defending state champion Corey Keener of Blue Mountain in the final at 126.
Parkland overtook Easton in the team standings, with the Trojans compiling 63 points through the semifinals and two consolation rounds compared to 61.5 for the Red Rovers. Nazareth is third with 57 points.
Parkland and Nazareth both have four wrestlers in the finals.
After dominating the district tournament and the first day at regionals, Easton lightweights struggled during the semifinal round. The Red Rovers went 3 for 8 overall, with Mitchell Minotti at 145 pounds, Tyler Greene at 182 and Francis Slover at 195 earning spots in the finals. Slover parlayed a big opening period into an 8-5 victory over district champ Troy Newhard of Emmaus.
Several of the most competitive semifinal matchups involved Red Rover wrestlers. Nazareth's Chase Zemenak won over Peter Stanley 3-0 at 120; Dieruff's DeMarquis Holley knocked off Robbie Rizzolino 6-4 at 132; and Whitehall's district champ Matt Bonshak rallied to defeat Dyvon Gibson 12-9 at 160.
The top three finishers at each weight class advance to next week's PIAA Wrestling Championships in Hershey.
The following weight classes are rematches of District 11 finals: 106 pounds, 113, 132, 152, 160 and 220.
