A 30-year-old Upper Nazareth Township man was charged today with two counts of aggravated indecent assault for having sex with a 14-year-old girl, according to court records.
Wilfredo Pimentel, of the 300 block of Industrial Drive, was arraigned today for the alleged assault Aug. 17 at his apartment.
The girl asked Pimentel to pick her and her two male friends up at Nazareth Borough Park about 3 p.m., according to court records. Pimentel took the three minors back to his apartment, where he gave them alcohol, records say.
The two boys were playing video games in the living room while the girl went into Pimentel’s bedroom, records say. Pimentel asked her if she “wanted to do something” and if they did would she “tell,” records say.
The girl said she was unsure but then took off her clothes at Pimentel’s request and the two engaged in two sex acts, records say. The girl reported the incident to Upper Nazareth Township police a few days later.
In addition to the two counts of aggravated indecent assault, Pimentel also was charged with indecent assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, endangering the welfare of children, corruption of minors and furnishing minors with liquor. He was released today on $25,000 unsecured bail.
