Penn State, Lehigh are No. 1; Kutztown is No. 2 in Lambert Cup polls

The latest ECAC Meadowlands Lambert Cup polls for Eastern collegiate football teams came out on Tuesday morning and Penn State and Lehigh are No. 1 at the FBS and FCS levels, while Kutztown is No. 2 in Division II.
