Next Saturday, September 26th, beginning at 1:00 p.m. the Bushkill Township Vol. Fire Company is celebrating 50 years of Active firefighting within the township by having a parade through Nazareth.
The parade route is as follows:
All divisions will line up on Prospect Street between Washington and Phoenix Streets. The parade will leave Phoenix Street, turn right onto Spring Street to Mauch Chunk. Mauch Chunk Street to left on Main Street to Prospect Street. Left onto prospect to Broad Street. Broad Street north to the Borough Park.
The parade will disband at Broad and Center Street. All vehicles and marchers will go to the park, re-gather and then head to Bushkill Township Fire Co. for a celebration that includes a big fireworks display at 8:00 p.m.
