FROM KEITH GROLLER
High school athletics is generally a place of great transiency.
Kids come and go. Parents come and go. And, all too often, coaches come and go.
It has become tougher to find people who remain dedicated, committed and loyal to their schools, especially if there's no family involved.
That's why Bill Gold is the last of a dying breed of people who want to be involved with their school just because it's … well, their school.
