The race isn't over yet.
Upper Nazareth Township Supervisor James Augustine, defeated in his bid for the Republican nomination in the May 21 primary election, got enough write-in votes as a Democrat to run in November.
Steve Ytkin, a 14-year township resident, knocked out Augustine to win the Republican nod for one of two seats on the board. Supervisor Chairman Mike Rinker took the other spot with 120 votes.
