UNIVERSITY PARK, PA – West York High School captured its second consecutive PIAA Class AAA championship Friday.

Brandon Rauhauser’s suicide squeeze bunt in the second inning plated Nick Traettino with the winning run as the Bulldogs defeated Upper Moreland, 2-1, at Penn State’s Medlar Field at Lubrano Park.

West York (21-8) is the first repeat champion in baseball since Moon in 2001-02.
