American Housewife, the critically acclaimed new Tuesday night
comedy starring Katy Mixon, has been given a full-season pickup. This
means the series will now have a full season of at least 22 episodes
this year. Tuesday's No. 1 comedy this season in Total Viewers (7.7
million) and Adults 18-49 (2.4/8), ABC's American Housewife builds on its strong young-adult lead-in (The Middle) at 8:30 p.m. by 14% on average to rank a competitive No. 2 in its half-hour to NBC's The Voice.
