FOOTBALL
(two nine-team divisions)
Division 1: Allen, Bethlehem Catholic, Dieruff, East Stroudsburg North, East Stroudsburg South, Pleasant Valley, Pocono Mountain East, Pocono Mountain West, Stroudsburg.
Division 2: Central Catholic, Easton, Emmaus, Freedom, Liberty, Nazareth, Northampton, Parkland, Whitehall.
Teams will play eight division games and two crossover games with the other division.
 WRESTLING
(three six-team achievement-based divisions; will change every year)
Division 1: Bethlehem Catholic, Emmaus, Liberty, Parkland, Nazareth, Stroudsburg.
Division 2: Dieruff, Easton, Freedom, Northampton, Pocono Mountain East, Pocono Mountain West.
Division 3: Allen, Central Catholic, East Stroudsburg North, East Stroudsburg South, Pleasant Valley, Whitehall.
Teams will wrestle five division matches and two crossover matches from each of the other two divisions.
 BOYS LACROSSE
(three three-team divisions)
Division 1: Easton, Nazareth, Northampton
Division 2: Bethlehem Catholic, Freedom, Liberty
Division 3: Central Catholic, Emmaus, Parkland.
Teams will play two games each in the division and each of the other teams once.
 GIRLS LACROSSE
(two four-team divisions)
Division 1: Easton, Freedom, Liberty, Nazareth.
Division 2: Central Catholic, Emmaus, Northampton, Parkland.
Teams will play two games each in the division and each of the other teams once.
 BASEBALL, SOFTBALL, BOYS AND GIRLS BASKETBALL, BOYS AND GIRLS SOCCER, FIELD HOCKEY AND GIRLS VOLLEYBALL
(three six-team divisions)
Division 1: East Stroudsburg North, East Stroudsburg South, Pleasant Valley,
Pocono Mountain East, Pocono Mountain West, Stroudsburg.
Division 2: Allen, Bethlehem Catholic, Dieruff, Easton, Freedom, Liberty.
Division 3: Central Catholic, Emmaus, Nazareth, Northampton, Parkland, Whitehall.
In double round-robin sports, teams will play 10 division games and three crossover games from each of the other two divisions.
*There are no new divisional alignments for boys and girls cross country, boys volleyball, golf, boys and girls tennis, boys and girls swimming, and boys and girls track and field.*
