Baseball tryouts for the Lehigh Valley Keystone States Games teams begins this weekend

Tryouts for our baseball teams in the Keystone State Games begin this weekend, but if you can't make it this weekend, there are plenty of chances to make the team.

There will be a session Saturday morning from 8:30 to 11:30 at Limeport Stadium and on Sunday afternoon at Laurys Station between 12:30 and 4.

There will be additional tryouts from 8:30-11:30 a.m. at Limeport on Saturday, June 28 and from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday and Sunday July 12-13 and finally, from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, July 19 at DeSales University.

The actual KSG tournament is set for July 31 to Aug. 3 in the Hershey/Harrisburg area.

The Scholastlic Division team is for those entering either 11th or 12th grade in the 2014-15 school year, while the Junior Division team is for those entering 9th or 10th grade in the upcoming school year.
