n addition to its eight-game Thursday Night Football schedule, CBS has a full schedule of Sunday afternoon games. CBS has a 106-game schedule and for the first time since it had the NFC package ending in 1993-94, the Tiffany Network will be able to air full NFC matchups which CBS is calling “Crossover Games.”
We already know three of the Crossovers, Carolina at Baltimore in Week 4 on September 27, Washington at San Diego in Week 12 on November 23 and Chicago at Detroit on Thanksgiving Day, November 27 at 12:30 p.m. ET. There can be more NFC Crossover Games as the Flex can now take effect starting in Week 5. There can’t be more than two flexes between Weeks 5 and 10, but from Week 11 through 17, there can be multiple flexes.
