Firefighters are responding to theEssroc Cement plant in Upper Nazareth Township for a report of black smoke coming from the building.

Firefighters are still investigating at the plant in the 3000 block of Bath Pike but believe the problem is a dust issue and not a fire, a Northampton County 911 supervisor said.
