Seattle was established as an early favorite by many oddsmakers, but the early came in on Denver's side and now the Broncos are a tw-point favorite for the Meadowlands Super Bowl on Feb. 2.
Here's the report from RJ Bell of Pregame.com:
Super Bowl odds:
Denver favored by 2 points over Seattle

Over/Under: 48 total points

Seattle opened as the favorite at many locations – but HEAVY Denver action early now has the Broncos as the clear favorite.

Preseason Odds:

Denver was the Super Bowl favorite before the season: 6/1 odds
Seattle was the FOURTH Super Bowl favorite before the season: 11/1 odds

Notes:

Super Bowl would be the 30th straight game Broncos have been favored (25-4 straight-up and 20-9 ATS in the prior 29)

Only 4 prior Super Bowls have been so close that the line has been LESS THAN a field goal.
First time since 2003 that the Super Bowl Champion will have the best regular season record (Denver & Seattle tied with 13 wins)

Super Bowl Action:

An estimated $10 BILLION is projected to be bet on Super Bowl XLVIII worldwide!
Over half of adult Americans are expected to have some money at risk on the game.
Less than 1% of the total amount bet is expected to be wagered legally in Nevada.
