Upper Nazareth Township supervisors pass budget with no tax increase

For the second straight year,Upper Nazareth Townshipsupervisors passed a budget with no tax increase.

This comes as welcome news to township residents who saw an 83 percent increase in property taxes in 2012.

The 2014 tax rate remains at 5.95 mills.
