After the first day of wrestling at the Reno Tournament of Champions in Reno, Nev., the Easton Area High Schooland Phillipsburg wrestling teams are tied for 10th place with 73.5 points. Emmaus is 60th with 25 points.
Easton 138-pounder Jimmy Saylor collected three bonus-point victories. Saylor recorded a fall in one minute in the first round over Pomona's Brandon Billips and another in the third round in 34 seconds over Sam Goings of Churchill County.
