If you're a snow lover anxiously awaiting that first big storm, then start driving west because a November nor'easter is about to dump as much a half a foot of snow on Pennsylvania — just not here in the Lehigh Valley.
So put away the snow shovel and pull out the umbrella, because while the western parts of West Virginia, Pennsylvania and New York can expect snow drifts, the Lehigh Valley can expect little more than wet basements.
