Nazareth Borough Councilman Larry Stoudt didn't like what he was looking at outside the Borough Council chambers Thursday night.
There, at the flagpole in front of the building, the American flag was at half staff.
That's the way the flag was supposed to be for Memorial Day Monday. But not Thursday.
