The Whitehall-Coplay School District has formally approved Dwight Repsher as its next head girls basketball coach on Monday night.
Repsher joins Whitehall High School after a long coaching and administrative career at Pen Argyl. Repsher was Pen Argyl's boys basketball coach for eight years and was the school's athletic director for 15 years.
