The Slate Belt YMCA will be holding its Annual 5K Run and Fun Walk on June 1at 9 a.m. with a 7:30 a.m. check-in at the Blue Valley Farm Show Grounds, 707 American Bangor Road in Washington Township, just outside Bangor.
The proceeds from the event go toward the construction of the Slate Belt YMCA, which will be in Pen Argyl off of Pennsylvania Avenue (Rt. 512).
