The teams you'd expect are on NBC's Sunday Night NFL schedule

NBC's Sunday Night Football is the No. 1 rated show on television. So, NBC is not going to risk the No. 1 franchise in television by giving you games involving the Cleveland Browns, St. Louis Rams, the Miami Dolphins, Detroit Lions and some of the other lesser lights of the NFL.

You're going to get a lot of playoff teams and a lot of teams like the Cowboys, Packers and Steelers, no matter how good they're expected to be.

It's still surprising that the Eagles aren't on here somewhere considering they do have a decent national following and have been regulars on Sunday Night Football.

Here's the Sunday Night schedule on NBC:
