Nazareth Area Chamber of Commerce merges with Bath Borough

The Nazareth Area Chamber of Commerce has changed its name following a merger with Bath Borough.

Chamber President Tina Smith said the chamber voted last week to change its name to The Nazareth-Bath Area Chamber of Commerce. The action was effective immediately, she said.

Smith said Bath Borough officials had requested the inclusion following a long working history with the two municipalities. Since the neighboring boroughs are just four miles apart with many similarities, Smith called it a “natural fit.”
