Wal-Mart customer charged with passing counterfeit checks, police say

Jacquelyn Kulha, 22, no address given, allegedly tried to cash $872 worth of counterfeit payroll checks on Dec. 22, 2011. Police said they served her today with an outstanding warrant, and that she is part of a larger bad-check cashing operation.
