Penn State coach Bill O'Brien to be main speaker at LV Scholar-Athlete Dinner

That's because popular Penn State coach Bill O'Brien will be the main speaker at the Sunday, March 3 event at the Northampton Community Center. Festivities begin at 4:30. Tickets cost $30.
