Allen is ready for the spring with new baseball and softball coaches in place

Rob Leskosky was actually hired a while ago as the Canaries baseball and on Thursday night, Jill (Wilmott) Cabrera was hired as the school's new softball coach. Leskosky had been an assistant in the program and has been working with his kids for weeks, while Cabrera will meet her players right after the holiday break. The 38-year-old Leskosky is a 1992 graduate of Hanover Area in District 2 and graduated from King's College in 1996. The 31-year-old Wilmott started her high school career at Catasauqua and finished it at Central Catholic. She graduated from Cedar Crest College. Allen was 4-15 in baseball and 4-16 in softball last spring.
