49ers: -16.5 over Cardinals biggest favorite for SF since 1998.
Biggest underdog for Cardinals franchise since St. Louis +17 vs. Cowboys in 1978.
Bengals: First time favored over Ravens since 2008.
Bengals: Teams favored week AFTER playing Mike Tomlin’s Steelers: 12-33 ATS
