Northampton's Billy Boyko is one of Lehigh's 11 Patriot League all-star selections

They didn't win the league title, and they didn't get a playoff berth, but the 2012 Lehigh Mountain Hawks were still 10-1 and an outstanding football team.
The Patriot League recognized Lehigh with 11 all-star selections on Tuesday, including five defensive players being put on the first team.
Highlighting that list from a local perspective is senior linebacker Billy Boyko, a Northampton graduate who coach Andy Coen said was the best defensive player in the league. Boyko finished with a team-high 104 tackles, including one sack and three stops for losses. He also had an interception return for a touchdown and two forced fumbles.
