http://www.lehighvalleylive.com/breaking-news/index.ssf/2012/09/state_police_dui_arrests_on_ri.html#incart_hbx FROM THE EXPRESS TIMES The number of driving under the influence arrests made by local Pennsylvania State Police troopers has risen dramatically over the past five years, due in large part to an increase in enforcement, according to police. Through Labor Day weekend, state police Troop M -- which covers Northampton, Lehigh and Bucks counties -- had arrested 1,105 people suspected of driving under the influence of either alcohol or drugs, according to police statistics. During that period, state troopers in the three counties responded to 171 DUI-related crashes, including two involving fatalities.
