Moravian Hall Square receives nod for additional acreage in planned retirement community

http://www.lehighvalleylive.com/nazareth/index.ssf/2012/07/moravian_hall_square_receives.html FROM THE EXPRESS TIMES Upper Nazareth Township supervisors will allow Moravian Hall Square's retirement community project to expand by 1.8 acres. The supervisors today unanimously granted conditional use approval to build on two lots on the eastern portion of the property. The Heritage Village project approved by supervisors in April calls for 143 age-restricted homes. Morningstar, which owns Moravian Hall Square, bought the additional lots in December 2011 after the township approved zoning relief for the rest of the property.
